ROAD TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES

These Regulations further amend the Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995. Vehicles exceeding 3,500 kilograms maximum gross weight are now divided into 5 categories (previously 3 categories). The fee payable on application for a first test, a periodical test, a re-test or an appeal is reduced as follows—for a 2 axle rigid vehicle from £28.00 to £25.00; andfor an articulated vehicle having a 2 axle drawing vehicle from £32.50 to £27.50.
