Amendment to Rule 5 of the principal Rules
2. For Rule 5, there shall be substituted the following new Rule —
“5. Subject to the Children and Young Persons Act (Northern Ireland) 1968(1) and the Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998(2), nothing in these Rules shall affect the operation of the Magistrates' Courts (Criminal Justice (Children)) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1999(3).”
