Single claimants temporarily in accommodation provided by a Health and Social Services Board
10A. (1) A single claimant who is temporarily in accommodation referred to in sub-paragraph (a) or (b) (excluding heads (i) and (ii) of those sub-paragraphs) of the definition of “residential accommodation” in regulation 21(3) (special cases).
