Amendment to the Countryside Access Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996
2. At the end of regulation 5 of the Countryside Access Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(3) The Department shall not, in relation to any farmland or farm lane, accept an application for aid received by it after 31st December 1999.”
