The Department for Culture, Arts and Leisure1 in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 15(1) and 19(1) of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 19662 and now exercisable by it3, and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
