Compulsory registration areas
3. It is hereby declared that the local government district known as North Down and that part of the local government district known as Ards consisting of the wards set out in the Schedule shall be compulsory registration areas for the purposes of entry 2(1) in Part I of Schedule 2 to the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 from 1st May 2000.
