C — Wheels, Springs, Tyres and Tracks

General requirement as to wheels and tracks

26.  Every motor cycle and invalid carriage shall be a wheeled vehicle, and every other motor vehicle and every trailer shall be either a wheeled vehicle or a track-laying vehicle.
