The following repeals in Schedule 7 and Article 78(2) in so far as it relates to them—

the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 1995—

  • in Article 2(2), the definition of “adjudication officer”

  • in Article 8(6), the words “(“the first determination”)”

  • in Article 9(7), the words “(“the first determination”)”

  • Articles 11(9), 12(8) and 13 in Schedule 2, paragraph 39


Articles 9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 28 and 39 were amended, respectively, by paragraphs 16, 17, 19, 20, 23, 28 and 29 of Schedule 6 to the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/671)
