Offences and penalties
14. If any person contravenes, or fails to comply with, any provision of regulation 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable—
(a)on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; or
(b)on conviction on indictment, to a fine.
