1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Offences) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 and shall come into operation on 23rd September 1999.
2. In column (2) of items 26 and 47 of Schedule 1 to the Road Traffic (Fixed Penalty) (Offences) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997(1) the words “except when the offence is committed by the holder of a temporarily restricted licence during a period of restriction” shall be deleted.
