13. Regulation 2 (application) of the Shipbuilding and Ship-repairing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1971 is amended—
(a)in paragraph (2) by substituting for the word “30” wherever occurring the word “47”; and
(b)in paragraph (4) by omitting the word “31”.
