Amendment of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations
19. In regulation 7(5) of the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) (transitional provisions) for the words from “and those provisions” to the end there shall be substituted “and a decision with respect to a maintenance assessment in force on that date shall not be superseded by a decision under Article 19 of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 solely to give effect to the provisions of regulation 19 as amended by regulation 4(7).”.
