Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Miscellaneous Food Additives (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 and shall come into operation on 13th July 1999.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Miscellaneous Food Additives Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1).
