Amendment of the Plant Health (Wood and Bark) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993
3.—(1) The Plant Health (Wood and Bark) Order (Northern Ireland) 1993(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) After Article 23(b)(iv) there shall be added–
“(v)require the owner or occupier or the person in charge of the premises in which the examination takes place, to provide–
(a)suitable areas for inspection, where appropriate;
(b)adequate lighting; and
(c)inspection tables, where appropriate.”.
