Amendment of the Education (Assessment Arrangements for Key Stage 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997
2. In Article 4 of the Education (Assessment Arrangements for Key Stage 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997(1) for the definition of “the Assessment Document” there shall be substituted the following definition—
““the Assessment Document” means a document entitled “Assessment Arrangements in Key Stage 3”, prepared by the Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment, approved by the Department and published by the Council;”.
