Fee to be taken on an application for a warrant of arrest
2. In Section IV of Schedule 1 to the County Court Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) after paragraph 3 there shall be added the following new paragraph—
| “UNDER ARTICLE 5 OF THE PROTECTION FROM HARASSMENT (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1997(2) | ||
| 4. | On an application for a warrant of arrest | £10.00”. |
