3. The Gas Cylinders (Pattern Approval) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1992(1) shall be amended as follows—
(a)in regulation 2(1), for the definition of “the Department” there shall be substituted the following definition:
““the Executive” means the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland;”;
(b)for the references to “the Department” in regulations 3, 4(1), (2) and (4), 5, 6, 7(1), 8, 9(2), 10 and 11(2) there shall be substituted references to “the Executive”.
