1. This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Planning Appeals Commission) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 and shall come into operation on 19th April 1999.
2. There shall be added to the employments and offices listed in Schedule 1(1) to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 with effect from 1st January 1985 employment as a Principal Professional Commissioner(2).
