1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as The Road Humps Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 and shall come into operation on 19th April 1999.
(2) In these Regulations “traffic sign” has the meaning assigned to that term by Article 28 of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997(1).
