Amendment of the Social Security (Medical Evidence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1976

9.  In the Social Security (Medical Evidence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1976(1), in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 (rules as to evidence of incapacity for work), after “Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972”, insert “or the list of a doctor, or a list held jointly by two or more doctors, performing personal medical services in connection with a pilot scheme under the Health Services (Primary Care) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997,”.
