In the Children (Private Arrangements for Fostering) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1), in regulation 2(2)(f) (general welfare of children), at the end, insert “, or the list of a doctor performing personal medical services in connection with a pilot scheme under the Health Services (Primary Care) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 (or a list held jointly by two or more such doctors in connection with a pilot scheme under that Order)”.
