1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmaceutical Services (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1998.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1).
2. In regulation 2 of the principal Regulations (interpretation), in paragraph (2)(a)(iii) and (2)(b)(ii) for the words from “fundholding” to “effect” there shall be substituted the words “medical practitioner whose name is included in the medical list”.
