Amendments to the Dangerous Substances in Harbour Areas Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991
3. In the Dangerous Substances in Harbour Areas Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991(1) in regulation 24 (Portable tanks and receptacles)–
(a)in paragraph (a)(i)(aa), for words “1st January 1999” there shall be substituted “1st July 2001”; and
(b)in paragraph (a)(i)(bb), for the words “31st December 1998” there shall be substituted “30th June 2001”.
