Amendment of the Carriage of Dangerous Goody (Classification, Packaging and Labelling) and Use of Transportable Pressure Receptacles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997
2. The Carriage of Dangerous Goods (Classification, Packaging and Labelling) and Use of Transportable Pressure Receptacles Regulations(Northern Ireland) 1997(1) shall be amended as follows—
(a)for regulation 1(2) (commencement), there shall be substituted—
“(2) Regulation 22(1) shall come into operation on 1st January 1999.”; and
(b)regulation 23(3) and Schedule 7 are hereby revoked.
