These Regulations revoke regulation 23(3) of, and Schedule 7 to, the Carriage of Dangerous Goods (Classification, Packaging and Labelling) and Use of Transportable Pressure Receptacles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 (S.R. 1997 No. 247 as amended by S.R. 1997 No. 360). Accordingly the statutory provisions referred to in Schedule 7 to those Regulations are no longer revoked on 1st January 1999.
