Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1998.
Interpretation
2. The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
Amendment of the Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998
3. In regulation 4(1) of the Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998(2) after the words “shall not exceed” there shall be inserted the words “an average of”.
