Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1998.
Magistrates' Courts Fees
2. For Schedule 1 to the Magistrates' Courts Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) there shall be substituted the new Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
