Coming into operation

The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4B(1) and (2) of the Water Act (Northern Ireland) 19721 and now vested in it2, and by Article 56B(1) and (2) of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 19733, and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
