In paragraph 34 of Schedule 2 to the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 (which relates to the use of emergency escape apparatus), for the words “the Mines (Emergency Egress) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1975” substitute the words “the Mines (Safety of Exit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998”.
