Coming into operation
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) and (2) of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees, etc.) Act (Northern Ireland) 19551 as modified by section 9 of the Marriage Act 19832 and now vested in me3 and in exercise of the powers in Article 47(1) and (2) of the Births and Deaths Registration (Northern Ireland) Order 19764 and Article 15 of the Financial Provisions (Northern Ireland) Order 19765 and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following Order:
