FISHERIES

These Regulations amend the Fisheries and Aquaculture Structures (Grants) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995 by—substituting the definition of the Council Regulation (Council Regulation (EC) No. 3699/93) to take account of amendments to that Regulation; andadding to the definition of “relevant operation” in respect of which application for, and payment of, grant may be made, the promotion of operations by the fishery or aquaculture trade in accordance with Article 13 of the Council Regulation.
