1. These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Testing) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1998.
2.—(1) Schedule 3 to the Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In the Table in paragraph 1, in column (2) of item 1, for “6 to 11” there shall be substituted “6, 7, 10 and 11”.
(3) In sub-paragraph 5(a), the reference to item 8 shall be omitted.
