This Order—
(a)specifies those districts which are to be taken into account in calculating the standard penny rate products for the year ending 31st March 1999 for the purpose of computing the resources element of the grant made from central funds by the Department of the Environment to district councils (Article 2);
(b)revokes a previous Order which is now spent (Article 3).
