Consequential amendments

6.—(1) The Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 26A(7)(2) (effect of changes of circumstances in jobseeker’s allowance cases), after “regulation 96” there shall be inserted “or 102C(3)”.

(3) In Schedule 7 in paragraph 7(4)(3) (effect of changes of circumstances in income support cases), after “or (2)” there shall be inserted “or 39C(3)”.
