Amendment of the Northern Ireland Railways (Public Level Crossings) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1989
5.—(1) The Schedule to the Northern Ireland Railways (Public Level Crossings) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1989(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In Column 1, the reference “S.R. 1975 No. 121” shall be omitted.
(3) In Column 2, the words “Northern Ireland Railways (Damhead Level Crossing) Order (Northern Ireland) 1975, Schedule 3, paragraph (5).” shall be omitted.
