Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Variation) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998

Interpretation

2.—(1) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.

(2) In this Order the “principal Order” means the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) Order (Northern Ireland) 1987(2).
