7.—(1) A fee shall be payable by the applicant to the Department on each application for a licence under the Asbestos (Licensing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1984(1).
(2) The fee payable on application for a licence described in column 1 of Schedule 4 shall be that specified in column 2 of that Schedule.
