5. It is hereby directed that the provisions relating to the programme of study and attainment targets set out in the Document shall have effect, in relation to pupils who have followed the programme of study and attainment targets for Irish in Irish Speaking Schools specified for use at the first and second key stages under the Curriculum (Programmes of Study and Attainment Targets at Key Stages 1 and 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996(1), as provided in Articles 6 and 7 for the purpose of specifying in relation to Irish (in Irish speaking schools only)—
(a)a programme of study; and
(b)attainment targets.
