Amendment of the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations
2.—(1) The Housing Benefit (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In regulation 10A(3)(a)(2) (determinations) for “under paragraph 3 or 4” there shall be substituted “under paragraph 3, 4 or 4A”.
(3) In Schedule 1A(3) (determinations of rent payable) in paragraph 4A(2)(4) (single room rents) for head (b)(iv) there shall be substituted—
“(iv)shares the use of a kitchen and does not have the exclusive use of facilities for cooking food, and”.
