Housing benefit: disregard of certain sums in the calculation of a lone parent’s earnings
6. In Schedule 3 to the Housing Benefit Regulations for paragraph 4(1) (disregard of certain sums in the calculation of a lone parent’s earnings) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“4. In the case where the claimant is a lone parent, £25.”.
