After regulation 3(2)(f) of the Food Premises (Registration) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 199216 there shall be added—

as premises approved under regulation 4 of the Minced Meat and Meat Preparations (Hygiene) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 producing minced meat or meat preparations for export to another State (other than Iceland) which is a Contracting Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area signed at Oporto on 2nd May 1992 as adjusted by the Protocol signed at Brussels on 17th March 1993.

After regulation 3(2)(j) of the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 199517 there shall be added—

the Minced Meat and Meat Preparations (Hygiene) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997.
