The Department of Agriculture and the Department of Health and Social Services, acting jointly as the Department concerned, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 26(1A) of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(1) and of every other power enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

S.I. 1991/762 (N.I. 7); the definition of “the Department concerned” in Article 2(2) was substituted and Article 26(1A) was inserted by Article 3 of the Food Safety (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, S.I. 1996/1633 (N.I. 12)
