49. Any payment (other than a training allowance) made, whether by the Department of Economic Development or any other person, under the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act (Northern Ireland) 1945(1) or in accordance with arrangements made under section 1(1) of the Employment and Training Act (Northern Ireland) 1950(2) to assist disabled persons to retain employment despite their disability.
