An incident in which any person suffers an injury (not otherwise reportable under these Regulations) which results from an explosion or from the discharge of any explosives for which he receives first-aid or medical treatment at the quarry.

In this paragraph, “explosives” has the same meaning as in regulation 2(1) of the Quarries (Explosives) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 199130.
