The Housing Benefit (Recovery of Overpayments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997

The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 5(1)(j), 61(1) and (2), 73(3) to (7) and 165(4) to (6) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and by this statutory rule which contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, Article 15 of the Social Security Administration (Fraud) (Northern Ireland) Order 19972 and is made before the end of the period of six months from the coming into operation of that Article, hereby makes the following Regulations:
