A boat used for commercial fishing on Upper and Lower Lough Erne shall not exceed—
a
6.1 metres in length, such length to be measured from the foreside of the foremost fixed permanent structure to the aftmost part of the stern or transom; and
b
a beam measurement of 2.2 metres at the widest point.
