Citation and commencement
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Carriage of Dangerous Goods (Classification, Packaging and Labelling) and Use of Transportable Pressure Receptacles (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 8th September 1997.
Amendment of the Carriage of Dangerous Goods (Classification, Packaging and Labelling) and Use of Transportable Pressure Receptacles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997
2. The Carriage of Dangerous Goods (Classification, Packaging and Labelling) and Use of Transportable Pressure Receptacles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1) shall be amended by substituting:
(a)for Part I (Table of classifications and other particulars) of Schedule 1 (Classification and ascertainment of other particulars of dangerous goods) the Part I set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations; and
(b)for Part I (Ascertainment) of Schedule 2 (Subsidiary Hazard Signs) the Part I set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
