This Order brings into operation on 1st July 1997 the following provisions of the Social Security Administration (Fraud) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997—
Articles 3 and 4 which relate to the supply and use of information;
Articles 5 to 9 which relate to the administration of housing benefit;
Article 11 which relates to the appointment of inspectors by the Housing Executive;
Articles 12 and 13 which relate to offences;
Article 16 which relates to reviews in connection with attendance allowance, disability living allowance and disability working allowance;
Article 17 which relates to medical examinations in connection with attendance allowance and disability working allowance;
Paragraphs 2 to 4, 6 and 7(b) and (c) of Schedule 1 (minor and consequential amendments) and Article 19(1) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs;
Schedule 2 (repeals) and Article 19(2) in so far as it relates to that Schedule.
