15. In Schedule 8 to the 1986 Act(1) (principles applicable to designated agency’s legislative provisions), at the end of paragraph 1(1) there shall be inserted “or under regulation 6 of the Open-Ended Investment Companies (Investment Companies with Variable Capital) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997.”.
Paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 8 was substituted by section 206(1) of, and paragraph 23 of Schedule 23 to, the Companies Act 1989, and was subsequently amended by regulation 75 of, and paragraph 23 to, S.I. 1996/2827
