New Aghalane Bridge Order (Northern Ireland) 1997

WHEREAS the Department of the Environment in accordance with Article 4(1) and (2) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 19931 proposes by order to provide for the construction, as part of the A509 Belturbet Road, Derrylin, of a bridge over the navigable waters of the Woodford River in the Counties of Fermanagh and Cavan;

AND WHEREAS the Department has taken into consideration the reasonable requirements of navigation over the waters affected by the order in accordance with Article 4(3) of that Order;

AND WHEREAS notice has been published and served in compliance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 8 to that Order;

AND WHEREAS no objection has been received;
